All shipping orders processed through SQUARE FOOT SHIPPING & STORAGE LLC are subject to the terms outlined herein. By tendering freight to us, you're agreeing to these legal structures. We don't believe in fine print; we believe in clear expectations. Our 17 years in the Florida logistics market has taught us that clarity wins every time.
1. Cargo Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse hazardous materials or oversized loads that haven't been pre-cleared by our safety department. Our dispatchers won't compromise the safety of our drivers or the integrity of our trailers. It's that simple.
2. Freight Claims
In the rare event of damage, claims must be filed within 9 business days of delivery. Why so fast? Because accurate evidence disappears quickly in the fast-moving trucking industry. We'll work through the process with you, but timelines are non-negotiable.
3. Detention & Demurrage
Time is money. Our standard detention rates apply after two hours of wait time at either the origin or destination. We'll always communicate when a driver is delayed, and we expect the same courtesy from our warehouse partners.
